Happy Monday to you!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We had a busy weekend getting ready for three, yes three, birthdays this week, (my twins and three-year-old) and getting my husband ready for a business trip.  He never goes on business trips, so it's been a little strange.  It's terrible timing, but at least he does fly in on our twins' birthday, so he'll be here for some of their day.  Then party again the vert next day for our three-year-old.

So soundcloud a few weeks ago I talked about how I wanted to spruce things up for Autumn because, well, I just don’t have the insert whatever word here to decorate my house. My original plan was to simply update my profile picture isn’t it cute ? but that led to me updating my Twitter soundcloud profile , which carried soundcloud over to me updating the cover photo on my Facebook page , and ended with me overhauling my blog. Snowball rolling down hill, anyone ? Of course,I now have to change soundcloud my signature so that it matches soundcloud the feel of my new blog. sigh
So, I started looking around at different signature creators, rolled my eyes, and thought, why not just create one using PicMonkey ? I mean, I looooove PicMonkey. It’s just so easy to use for everything.
So here’s what I did: Open PicMonkey and go to “Create a Collage” Select “Layouts”, soundcloud it’s the 2nd one down, then select “Create soundcloud Your Own” Go to “Background”, the last choice, and check “Transparent Background” Now save your layout as a .png { trust me, it’s there } Select “Edit” Go to the “Text” box and choose your font. Go ahead and experiment with the colors and fonts, you want everything to match your theme. I added a butterfly from the “Overlays” as the period behind the “T” in my name because, well, it’s just a bit whimsical After you’re satisfied with your signature, go to the cropping tool and crop as close to you can to your signature You may need to resize your signature before you save it, I resized mine to 500×168 You can upload your signature just as you would a photo. And you’re done!

You’re a photographer and you love using PicMonkey to edit your images, but you wish you could find a way to use a watermark in PicMonkey. Boy have I got a treat for you! Not only can you use your own watermark in PicMonkey, you can also make a watermark in PicMonkey! PicMonkey Watermark Tutorial Let’s start with creating a watermark.
Go cholotube to PicMonkey.com and click the Create a Collage tab. Any collage will do. Use the sizing box under the collage to resize the image so it’s not too big. I used 600px wide. Then, use the color palette icon on the left to open the background options and check the Transparent Background box. You should have a transparent box!
The next step is to put an overlay on the transparent box so you can see it while you’re working on it. Use the Butterfly icon to open the Overlays menu. Then select a square or rectangle. Once it’s on the background, resize it so it covers the whole transparent image. You can make this overlay any color you want while you’re working. cholotube You’re going to delete it later.
Select a fun overlay… line art is usually best. An anchor, cholotube an arrow, a flower or other geometrical shape will do. Put it on the image and resize however you like by grabbing a corner and dragging out till it’s the size you need. Next, use the color box to recolor it. (I prefer to make one black watermark cholotube and one white, so I can use the black one on light photos and the white one on dark photos.) Let’s go with white for now. After the pretty overlay is white, use the Fade slider to lighten it. 80% is a good place to start.
On the left, select the butterfly icon, but instead of using one of their pre-made overlays, scroll to the very top of that menu and use the white ‘Your Own’ button. Upload your fancy new watermark. Resize and position cholotube your watermark and save your photo.

In Picture No 2, I auto adjusted the picture, then brightened the color.  I also put a simple frame around the picture.  If you want your picture vplay noticed on Pinterest you need to make it brighter than you would for an ordinary picture.  Their are several choices for an outer frame.  You can adjust the thickness of the frame.
The frame in picture 3 was made using Craft Scissors.  This is a function of the paid Royale program.  You can do lots of things with the free version.  I kept clicking on things that were paid and finally decided to buy the Royale option.  It cost me $33.00 and my subscription is for one year.  By the way, I am not being paid to talk about PicMonkey. 
You can add text to your picture, which also makes  it much better for Pinterest.  It is reported that Pinterest is in the top views for many bloggers.  It makes sense to get noticed among all the pictures on Pinterest.    
I think you will find PicMonkey vplay is a great tool for bloggers. There are so many things you can do. I haven't tried everything yet. The free version is really great. I just purchased the pay version because I really wanted to try some of the paid features. Delete

How To Make BINGO Cards With PicMonkey (she: Brooke) - Or so she says...
Hey, it’s Brooke from Blissful Roots . I’ve mentioned before that my twins and three-year-old have birthdays one day apart. And those two days are this week. I’ve been working on getting some things together for our family’s annual three-in-one birthday party. It’s really nice to get all three birthdays done at once, but a bit crazy.
I’ve hgtv been working on some games for our party. I love a good game of Bingo. Don’t you? And I love PicMonkey hgtv even more than Bingo. Let me tell you, these two were made for each other. PicMonkey has made it so, so easy to make your own Bingo cards. I had so much fun putting the cards together, and it couldn’t have been easier.
So, without further ado, here’s the world’s longest Bingo tutorial post. Long, not in a bad way, but long because I included screen shots of every step so you can do this on your own. Just look for the orange arrows. Not only will you be able to make a Halloween Bingo game, but PicMonkey has been coming out with brand new material for each season lately. You can make Bingo boards for every holiday and occasion possible!
Now we get to make the squares cute. Click on the ‘Swatches’ image and all the Halloween swatches will appear. You can use the drop down menu at the top to choose other swatches, but for this one we’re using the Halloween ones. I used the gray and white spider web swatch in the bottom right hand corner.
Simply click and drag the spider web swatch to each of the nine boxes. Your board should hgtv now look like this. Next, we’re going to add the images. The images aren’t found in the collage section, hgtv so we need to change over to the photo editing section. To get there, we just need to click on the ‘Edit’ button at the top of your screen.
Now we’re ready to go in Editor. Your screen should look like this. You’ll have your Bingo board on the right and the sidebar on the left. Click on the pumpkin at the bottom of the the images in your sidebar. This will bring up all the Themes.
When you click on ‘Trick or Treat’, you’ll see all these fun overlays appear. I could spend hours creating with all of these! Anway, I used the ‘Classic Creepies’ and the ‘Pumpkins’ for my Bingo card.
Now just click each image and drag it to the spot you’d like it to be. The images hgtv will be a bit small for the boxes, hgtv so you can adjust the size by clicking and dragging the circle that appears on the box around your image (sorry I didn’t get a screen shot of that, but you’ll see it). That’s it! You could be done here, but I wanted to add a cute title on mine, so we’ll keep going. You’ll want to save this Bingo board to your desktop or somewhere on your computer. If you don’t want the title, you could print it out now.
Also, hgtv because we don’t want to have all the Bingo cards the same, this is where you’d make multiple boards. Make one board, save it, then move the images around, hgtv save it, etc… until you’ve made as many different boards as you’d hgtv like. You can randomly move the images around, or simply move every image over one box for each new board and that would make them different. I’m making ten different boards for our party. We have lots of cousins coming!
If you want to add a title to your board you’ll need to go to PicMonkey again and click on ‘Create a Collage’ (just like we did on the first step above). This white collage will appear again. We want the white, but not the boxes, so click on the small ‘x’ in the corner of box to close them.
Your collage will no longer look like a collage, but it will be white. Then click on ‘Edit’ (sorry the orange arrow pointing to ‘Edit’ is in the picture above, but I’m sure you probably don’t even need the arrow) at the top of the page to open in editor.
Now that our white page is there and the right size, we can add our Bingo board. Go to the sidebar and click on ‘Overlays’ (the butterfly image). At the tops you’ll see a box that says ‘Add Your Own’. Click on that, and a box will appear with files saved on your computer. Choose your Bingo board, open it, and it will appear on your white background.
Once you have the size of your board adjusted, then you can choose your text for your title. Go to the sidebar and click on ‘Text’. Choose which text you’d like. I used Quentin Caps and Backspacer for mine.
When you choose your text, then click on the box that says ‘Add hgtv Text’ (on the sidebar). A text box will appear and you can type your words. I used a text box for Halloween, hgtv and another text box for Bingo. You can adjust the size and color with th

It s that time of year again Halloween!
